Dean is the founder of the Dean Ballenger Agency Inc., an insurance agency founded on Faith, Family, and Community with a focus on home, auto, and life insurance. Dean opened his agency in January 2007 in Westfield, Indiana.
One thing Dean has in common with every person on his team is his love for the Lord and serving others!
Dean grew up in New Castle, Indiana, but moved away his senior year to find and marry his high school sweetheart Laurie in 1982. Dean and Laurie just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in March of 2022. They have four wonderful children, Lawrence, Joshua, Ami, and Zach, whom he loves to talk about. They have been blessed with five beautiful grandkids, whom he equally loves talking about.
Dean a Marine by choice joined the Marines right out of high school. While serving four years in the Marines, Dean learned that outstanding leadership means putting your people first. He then applied those skills for the following 25 years in the automotive business. You can see those same skills now in the team that serves our clients and the communities we all live in so well.
Dean and Laurie enjoy mentoring young couples on marriage and are active members of Northview Church.
Dean is a massive fan of the American Flag and the Indianapolis Colts!
Dean is a follower of Christ, and his favorite Bible verse is John “3:30, “He must become greater, I must become” less!”
