Jared joined the Dean Ballenger Agency in July 2015. He graduated from Indiana University-Kokomo and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and is a Licensed Insurance Representative.
Jared enjoys following all types of sports but especially loves basketball due to the time he spent playing collegiately for the IUK Cougars. His favorite basketball player is Steph Curry due to his persistence both on the court as a player and also off the court as a man of Christian faith.
Anything in common with Dean? One of Jared’s things in common with Dean is that they both grew up in Henry County.
Jared married his amazing wife, Addison, in March 2021, and during his spare time, Jared participates as an Athletic Director for Student Impact, a Westfield School sports program.
Jared provides loads of positive energy in the office whether it’s his love for food, his insistence on doing burpees every day, or even his daily 1:00 pm “Coffee Time!” announcement to the team following lunch. While Jared loves telling people about his college basketball days, just ask him who used to bring him Gatorade during timeouts. He also loves sharing his faith in God!
Jared is a follower of Christ, and his favorite Bible verse is Mathews 6:33, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given unto you as well.”
